Season chicken with spice
Add 1/3 of flour to it
Brown the chicken on both sides in a skillet of oil. This will take approximately 4 minutes.
Place chicken in a separate bowl and let it rest.
Toss in vegetables and sautee until tender.
Allow the butter to melt.
Stir in the remaining flour. Continue stirring for around 2 minutes or until the flour begins to brown.
Add the broth, milk and whisk together
Stir the mixture until it begins to thicken
Then, return the chicken to the pan.
Cover and let cook for between 20-25 minutes or till chicken is cooked.
Serve over rice or potatoes
