Pasta:
Cook the pasta in salty water following the instructions on package. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl.
Sausages, chicken, and mushrooms
Season chicken with salt and pepper. You will cook it whole if you don't slice it yet. Cut sausage into quarter inch rounds and cut mushrooms.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is heated, add whole breasts to it and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes each side. This will take about 8-10 minutes. Place the chicken on a plate. Slice into strips.
Slice the sausage and brown them in a skillet on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes each side, until they are darker around the edges. Transfer the sausage from the skillet to a plate.
Heat a little water in a saucepan. Add the 2nd tablespoon butter to the skillet and then add the sliced mushrooms . (Add more butter if necessary). Sauté the mushrooms until they are tender and start to turn dark. Once they are cooked, take them out of the pan.
Sauce:
Make the sauce by adding the remaining 1 tablespoon butter to the pan. Let it melt, then fry the garlic in it until it becomes slightly brown - this will only take a few minutes. Then add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce to the saucepan. Finally, heat heavy cream until it comes to a simmer. Mix in Cajun seasoning and paprika.
To thicken the sauce, add Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Salt to taste.
Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well. Then, add the sausages, chicken and mushrooms to the pan. Heat for 2 minutes. To keep the heat in, close the lid. Serve immediately
