Taco Spaghetti

- 2 tablespoons olive oils
- Ground beef 1 lb
- 1/4 cup yellow onions
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning 1 packet
- 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles uncooked
- 3 cups of water
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Olive oil can be heated in a 12-inch skillet on medium heat.
In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion until the meat is no more pink. The onions will become soft and translucent.
Add the taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes (including juice), to the pasta noodles and water.
Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Stir in half the cheese and cook the spaghetti.
Add the remaining cheese and cilantro. Serve.
