- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (each 4 to 6 ounces)
- 4 bell peppers (sliced
- 1 small onion sliced.
- 1 package or 1 recipe fajita seasoning mixture
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Optional for serving: Avocado guacamole and sour cream.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Sauté the chicken in olive oils on medium heat until it is cooked. Set aside the skillet.
Sauté onions and peppers until tender.
Stir in the chicken and return it to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
