Ingredients
  

  • 2 c. diced Ham
  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 10.75 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  • Follow the package instructions to prepare elbow macaroni. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl.
  • Mix cheeses together and set aside 1/2 cup for later. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, seasonings, and sour cream. Mix in the ham, 1 1/2 cups cheese and pasta. Stir until combined. Mix until well combined.
  • Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil Cover with foil and sprinkle with the reserved cheese. Place in the oven for 5-10 mins or until cheese has melted.
