If you're a fan of Taco Bell, then you know that the quesarito is one of their most popular menu items. And for good reason - it's a delicious combination of a cheesy quesadilla and a burrito, wrapped up into one convenient package.

- 12 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese finely shredded
- 3 cups Mexican Rice
- Taco Bell Ground Beef - 1 Pound
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce. Recipe found in the post.
Wrap tortillas with damp paper towels and microwave for 20seconds at 50% power
Spread the nacho cheese cheese sauce and cheddar cheese evenly on each tortilla, leaving a 12 inch border.
Place remaining tortillas on top and gently press down.
Layer the second tortilla with Mexican rice and Taco Bell ground beef. Top it off with sourcream and Taco Bell Chipotle Sauce.
Fold in the top and bottom of the cheese and wrap tightly before serving.
Cook a pan over medium heat. After it has cooled, spray vegetable oil on the pan.
Make burritos on both sides and toast them until golden brown.
