Easy mongolian ground beef noodles

- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 4 tsp minced Ginger
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup low sodium soybean sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepperflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Linguine noodles - 12 oz.
- 4 green onions diced to garnish
- For garnish use toasted sesame seeds
Place the ground beef, ginger, and garlic in a medium skillet. Make sure the meat is thoroughly broken down with a wooden spoon. Drain all fat and return the saucepan to the stovetop.
Get a pot of water ready while you cook the ground beef. Make sure you salt the water to make sure your noodles get that flavor.
Mix together the remaining ingredients - the soy sauce brown sugar, beef broth, red pepper flakes and pepper in a small container and add it to the ground beef mixture.
Let them cook for three minutes in the skillet to allow the flavors to absorb into the ground beef.
Once the pasta is cooked, transfer the noodles into the mixture of ground beef. Mix well and cook for another few minutes to let the sauce thicken.
Add green onions and toasted sesame oil to make the perfect noodle dish.
