Baked garlic parmesan potato wedges

These easy, cheesy garlic parmesan potato wedges are the perfect side dish for any meal! They're crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they're full of delicious garlic and parmesan flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese parmesan
  • Optional: For dipping you can use fresh parsley (or other cilantro) with blue cheese or ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 Lightly grease an large baking pan and place aside.
  • Place potato wedges in a large container. Mix olive oil with the potato wedges and toss until coated. In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Mix the shredded cheese with the potato wedges. Toss to coat. Finally, sprinkle the seasoning mix on top.
  • Place potato wedges on a prepared baking sheet, skin-side-down. Bake for 25-35 mins until potatoes are golden and tender. Serve with freshly chopped parsley, and dressing for dip.
