Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetpaprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole Milk
  • 1 3/4 cup non-MSG natural beef broth
  • 2 cups pasta with elbow macaroni made of whole wheat elbow macaroni
  • Gluten Free: Use GF Macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • On medium heat, heat oil in large skillet. Brown ground beef till it is no longer pink. Allow the onions to soften for five minutes. Stir in the tomato paste. Season with salt and flour. Stir in the milk mixture and broth. Add the macaroni.
  • Bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and let simmer for 10-12 mins or until the macaroni are done. For al dente check after 9 minutes.
  • Mix the Cheddar cheese with the milk until it is melted.
  • Sprinkle with some fresh parsley chopped on the side.
