Polish kielbasa and cabbage soup

Ingredients
  

  • Polish Kielbasa 1/2 lb - Cut into rounds
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/4 Cabbage - Smashed
  • Minced - 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 6 C Vegetable Stock
  • 2-3 Potatoes – Peeled and cut into cubes.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Kielbasa in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until it is cooked.
  • Cook the onion and cabbage in a Dutch oven over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  • Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Vegetable stock and Potatoes to the pot.
  • Bring the pot to boil
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20-30 mins.
  • Serve and enjoy
