Polish kielbasa and cabbage soup

- Polish Kielbasa 1/2 lb - Cut into rounds
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1/4 Cabbage - Smashed
- Minced - 1-2 Garlic Cloves
- 6 C Vegetable Stock
- 2-3 Potatoes – Peeled and cut into cubes.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cook the Kielbasa in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until it is cooked.
Cook the onion and cabbage in a Dutch oven over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Vegetable stock and Potatoes to the pot.
Bring the pot to boil
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20-30 mins.
