- 2 cups of cooked broccoli riced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar shredded
- 2 Tbsp almond meal
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Use a cookie scooper or melon baller to scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Gently press each fitter until it is about 1/2 inch thick using a fork.
Bake at 400°F for 13 minutes.
Flip each fritter gently and bake for 7 more minutes, or until the edges are browned.
