Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of cooked broccoli riced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar shredded
  • 2 Tbsp almond meal
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Use a cookie scooper or melon baller to scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Gently press each fitter until it is about 1/2 inch thick using a fork.
  • Bake at 400°F for 13 minutes.
  • Flip each fritter gently and bake for 7 more minutes, or until the edges are browned.
