Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Crushed tomatoes 15 oz.
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 20 large shells
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 oz Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef until tender. Drain.
  • Season with garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Continue to cook the noodles until they are done.
  • Follow the instructions on the package to cook noodles. Drain well and place in a bowl.
  • Mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Place a layer of meat sauce in a large casserole dish and set aside.
  • Fill each noodle with the cheese mixture using a spoon. Continue filling the shells until they are full.
  • Add the rest of the meat sauce to the noodles.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly.
