In a large skillet, cook ground beef until tender. Drain.
Season with garlic powder and onion powder.
Continue to cook the noodles until they are done.
Follow the instructions on the package to cook noodles. Drain well and place in a bowl.
Mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Place a layer of meat sauce in a large casserole dish and set aside.
Fill each noodle with the cheese mixture using a spoon. Continue filling the shells until they are full.
Add the rest of the meat sauce to the noodles.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly.
