Creamy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

This dish is packed with flavor and is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. The dish is also relatively easy to prepare, making it a great option for those nights when you don't have a lot of time to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized chicken breasts or 2 large halved
  • Salt and pepper to your liking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oils
  • Mince 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream or light cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or Oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with salt & pepper. In a large skillet or heavy pan, heat olive oil. Cook the chicken in the pan for about 5-6 minutes or until it is golden brown. The cooking time will vary depending upon the thickness of your chicken breasts.
  • Reduce heat to low, add the chicken and stir for 30 seconds. Add the cream, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Mix well. If desired, stir in 1 cup chopped spinach. Continue to simmer for about 2 minutes more.
  • Cook the chicken in the saucepan for a further minute, then remove from heat. Sauce should be poured over the chicken. Serve with pasta and vegetables
