- 1 container Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 can (540mL/20oz apple pie filling
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Salt - pinch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 350F Spray a 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
Make small pieces of cinnamon rolls and place them on the bottom layer of your casserole dish.
Sprinkle the apple pie filling over the cinnamon rolls.
Mix together the milk, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Spread the apple pie filling on top.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the topping over the egg mixture. Cover.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Cover and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set. Serve immediately. Serve with vanilla glaze.
