- 1 lb roll of breakfast sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Use non-stick cooking spray to grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
Place the sausage in a skillet and cook on medium heat until it is no longer pink. Let the sausage cool down slightly by draining the excess fat.
Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Mix in the Bisquick, shredded cheese, and fully cooked sausage.
