Ingredients
  

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated

PASTA SALAD:

  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta such as rotini or penne
  • 2 hearts of Romaine
  • Shredded rotisserie chicken or chopped chicken breasts
  • Croutons optional.
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
 

MAKE THE DRESSING:

  • Mix together the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mayonnaise, minced ginger, anchovy paste, mayonnaise, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. While you prepare the salad, stir in the Parmesan cheese grated and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

MAKE A PASTA SALAD:

  • Bring large saucepan of salted water over medium heat to boil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente for about 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl.
  • The Romaine hearts can be cut into 1-inch pieces and then added to the bowl along with your choice of protein.
  • Toss the ingredients together with the dressing. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately, or let cool covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
