- 4 Chicken breasts
- Uncooked 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package of onion soup mix or make your own
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup condensed
Preheat oven to 325°F
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Serve uncooked rice with chicken. Add onion soup mix.
Mix together mushrooms soup with 1 1/2 cups water. Serve with chicken.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
