Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef weighing 1-1/2 to 2 lbs
  • 10.5 ounces cream of condensed mushrooms soup
  • 10.5 ounces cream cheese cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cups cubed frozen potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • Salt and pepper to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Add the ground beef to a large bowl. Drain the grease.
  • To the bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup and cream of cheddar cheese soup.
  • Add the cubed frozen potatoes to the bowl.
  • To the bowl, add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Mix everything together with a pinch of salt.
  • Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish measuring 9"x13" and then sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the dish with tin foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then carefully take out the tin foil. Bake for another 30 minutes.
