Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups biscuit / baking mix
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 3/4 - 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • olives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • In a large skillet, heat beef until it is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning to the meat, drain it and then prepare as directed on the package.
  • Place the meat in a 9x13-inch greased pan and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Mix in 12 cup biscuit mix, pepper, and continue mixing until well combined. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then add the sour cream.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, and other toppings. Enjoy warm!
