Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs and onion in a large bowl.
- Divide the mixture between 12 cups. Press them down to fill each cup. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- To absorb any grease, remove the meatloaf and place it in a bowl.
- Spread sauce on each mini meat loaf. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is done through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, and any additional sauce.
