Use nonstick cooking spray to spray the interior of your slow cooker
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
Combine cream of chicken soup and salsa in a bowl. Spread the mixture over chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and shred it with two forks. Place the shredded chicken back into the pot.
Stir in sour cream.
You can now turn off the slow cooker or set it to "keep warm". Mix and serve with warm tortillas, tacos crunch or taco salad.
