  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 10 oz. jar red pepper jelly
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Mix together cheddar cheese and green onions in a large bowl. Add pecans, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and top it with pepper jelly.
  3. Enjoy with a variety of crackers.
