MAKE THE DRESSING:
- Mix together the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mayonnaise, minced ginger, anchovy paste, mayonnaise, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. While you prepare the salad, stir in the Parmesan cheese grated and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
MAKE A PASTA SALAD:
- Bring large saucepan of salted water over medium heat to boil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente for about 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl.
- The Romaine hearts can be cut into 1-inch pieces and then added to the bowl along with your choice of protein.
- Toss the ingredients together with the dressing. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately, or let cool covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
