Chicken & Rice Casserole

This chicken and rice casserole is a delicious, easy to make meal that the whole family will love. It's perfect for a busy weeknight, and can be made ahead of time for even easier prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • Uncooked 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package of onion soup mix or make your own
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup condensed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve uncooked rice with chicken. Add onion soup mix.
  4. Mix together mushrooms soup with 1 1/2 cups water. Serve with chicken.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
