Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups biscuit / baking mix
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 3/4 - 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • olives

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. In a large skillet, heat beef until it is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning to the meat, drain it and then prepare as directed on the package.
  3. Place the meat in a 9x13-inch greased pan and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Mix in 12 cup biscuit mix, pepper, and continue mixing until well combined. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool, then add the sour cream.
  6. Add lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, and other toppings. Enjoy warm!
