Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless pork chops 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oils
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Gala apples diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Pure maple syrup 3/4 cup
  • Salt - pinch
  • Ground pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat the butter and olive oils in a large skillet over medium heat. Heat the butter and olive oil until it melts. Salt and pepper the boneless pork chops. Flip the pork chops when needed until they are golden brown. Transfer them to a plate.
  2. Mix the apples with the butter and oil in a pan. Add the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar. To deglaze the pan, whisk the mixture along the bottom. Cook the liquid until it is half-boiled. Stir in the maple syrup and some salt and pepper. Cover the pork chops and allow them to simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Serve immediately
