Season the chicken tenders using smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Set aside.
On high heat, heat a cast iron skillet (preferred), and then add 3 tablespoons butter. Once the butter has melted and started to sizzle, you can add the chicken tenders. Cook the chicken tenders for about 1-2 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side.
Place the chicken tenders on the side of your skillet. Continue to add the butter and minced garlic to the empty spot on the skillet. Mix the Italian seasoning with the chicken tenders. Stir to combine the chicken and garlic.
Continue to cook the chicken tenders on both sides until slightly charred. Stir in the chopped parsley and mix well. Serve immediately with lemon wedges. Before serving, squeeze the lemon juice onto the top.
