Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Use a cookie scooper or melon baller to scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Gently press each fitter until it is about 1/2 inch thick using a fork.
- Bake at 400°F for 13 minutes.
- Flip each fritter gently and bake for 7 more minutes, or until the edges are browned.
