Begin with a large saucepan that has a lid.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and cook in olive oil on medium heat.
Continue to cook the sausage until it is lightly browned.
Add garlic to the mixture and cook for approximately two minutes.
To the pot, add chicken broth, heavy cream and dried pasta. Season with cajun seasoning.
Mix all ingredients together, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to medium and cover the pan for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Slowly stir in the parmesan cheese.
Mix in chopped parsley. Season with cajun seasoning.
