Method
- Cook the Kielbasa in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until it is cooked.
- Cook the onion and cabbage in a Dutch oven over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Vegetable stock and Potatoes to the pot.
- Bring the pot to boil
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20-30 mins.
- Serve and enjoy
