- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix together the cream of chicken soup with the sour cream, poppy seed, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a large bowl. Add the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, Parmesan cheese and sour cream to the bowl. Stir in the chicken, and continue to stir until coated with the sauce. Transfer the sauce and chicken to a large 9x13" baking pan.
- To make the buttery cracker topping, combine the melted butter and the crushed Ritz crackers in a large bowl. Sprinkle the chicken filling over.
- Bake covered for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges. Serve immediately
