- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Use non-stick cooking spray to grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Place the sausage in a skillet and cook on medium heat until it is no longer pink. Let the sausage cool down slightly by draining the excess fat.
- Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Mix in the Bisquick, shredded cheese, and fully cooked sausage.
- The mixture should be about 3/4 full in the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 mins or until the top is golden brown.
