- In a slow cooker of 3-6 quarts, add tomatoes and pasta sauce.
- Add cream, corn starch, and milk to the slow cooker. Add garlic, salt, basil, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and mix with the sauce.
- Cook the meat on low for about 3-5 hours or until it reaches 165°F. A larger slow cooker will cook quicker.
- Mix in fresh basil. Serve over pasta, rice, or with salad and vegetables!
