- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and chicken in a bowl.
- Each biscuit should be flattened to a width of about 4-5 inches. Then, using a cookie scoop scoop the chicken mixture into the middle of each biscuit. Seal the sides by securing tightly.
- Place them on a baking sheet, with their backs facing up. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Sprinkle with parsley and butter, if necessary.
