Make garlic butter steak with potatoes wedges by mixing the steak strips in a large bowl. Add olive oil, soy sauce and pepper to the meat. Allow the steak to marinate in the refrigerator while you prepare potatoes.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil with 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Once butter has melted, add the potatoes wedges. Stir and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Continue to cook for 4-5 minutes. Place sauteed potatoes on a plate.
Heat the butter, garlic, red chilli pepper flakes and fresh herbs in a skillet on medium heat. The steak strips should be placed in one layer on the skillet. You can reserve the marinade from the steak later. Each side of the steak should be cooked for approximately 1 minute.
Stir in the reserved marinade before you cook the Garlic Butter Steak. Heat the potatoes wedges in the garlic butter steak pan. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Take off heat. Serve immediately with steak and potatoes. If you wish, add more crushed chili peppers, fresh herbs and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
